GoPro, an IPO ?

GoPro, an IPO ?
On Monday, February 10, 2014 7:53
With the exception of a few accessories, the Californian company WoodmanLabs, also known as GoPro, maker of the eponymous camera does offer ONE beautiful product – although available in three variants – it does not prevent targeting an initial public scholarship. It is indeed in a press release that announced it filed a request for IPO (Initial Public Offering) with the SEC. An announcement that comes days after the appointment of a new chief financial officer (CFO), Jack Lazar.
Founded in 2003 by Nick Woodman, a surfer who wanted to film his sports sessions, GoPro quickly find its audience in the community of professional and amateur athletes and the general public. In 2012, Foxconn, the Taiwanese company subcontractor Apple to manufacture its products had gained a little less than 9 % of the capital for 200 million dollars.
I don’t know about you, but I will certainly subscribe! (Selling some Apple that more than doubled, and buying some of Woodman’s 😉   )
