On Jan 25th, we received this message from Blake P.:

“I lost my Go pro camera off of 28 st Hermosa beach CA. I was taking great footage of our beautiful swells and I got barreled hard. Camera had buoy on it but wasnt enough for the monopod too.
The GoPro orange floater is attached upside down and the footage on the camera has me in it. It may still be attached to the monopod it may not be. Please if you find it along the shores of Hermosa let me know!!! The undertow was northish so it may landed close to Manhattan pier.

Please email XXXX.Y@live.com if found!

LOST! : on Maroubra Beach, Sydney, Australia, on 2014-01-16

On Jan 16th, we received this message from Bayu:

“LOST! Hi I lost my old GoPro 1st generation today, 16 January 2014  while surfing in the northern part of Maroubra Beach, Sydney, Australia
GoPro Description :
If you see it you can tell that it looks pretty old with scratches everywhere, it has a transparent case with a bright orange floaty at the back to keep it floats, depends on how it fell of from my surfboard but it might still have a mount attached to it.
There’s not much video inside, probably less than 5 and all of them is a video of me surfing, some wearing black ripcurl wetsuit, some wearing only blue short.
Let me know if anyone found this!
Thanks!
Bayu”

LOST! : right side of Huntington Beach Pier, CA – USA, on 2013-08-end

On Jan 10th, we received this message from Danny M.:

“Can’t believe I’ve only thought of looking up this website now!!

I lost my GoPro Hero 2 in the surf just right side of Huntington Beach Pier, CA – USA, at the end of August 2013.
…It had so many amazing memories of me and bros working at camp, and doing sports and would be absolutely unbelievable if I got it back. I’m hoping it eventually made it back to shore!
Easiest way to identify it would be that it had fluo orange string attached to it (so to fit your hand through), but that would probably be faded now.
…and some footage included epic table tennis rallies and messing around in the lake, plus awesome videos of driving through California to BANGING tunes!!!
Even a few months later I’m determined to be reunited!

Cheers
Danny M.”
